We are focused on advocating for causes related to the growing incidence of low birthweight pregnancies here in Cincinnati and Hamilton County. Crossroad has a number of resources available to OTR residents that tackle food insecurity, lack of access to healthcare, etc., but that is not always adequate for patients struggling with housing insecurity, interpersonal violence, and lack of transportation, which can and should be addressed by local governments.
